Sleep challenges during this age are common. As children start to become more physically able, their world gets bigger, and this can lead to a new wave of seperation anxiety. Sometimes, the arrival of a sibling might mean that previous night time routines are less managable. Also, transitions such as moving from a cot to a bed, and dropping a nap can cause issues where previously sleep hadn’t been a problem.

Whatever the challenge, I’m here to help. With some simple sleep science, and clear, loving bounderies, we can put a plan in place to help your child get the sleep they need. This package is my most popular support option, and is designed to support families with more complex or long standing sleep challenges.

This online sleep support package will give you the information, tools, and support you need to help improve your child's sleep at a pace that’s right for you.

We'll start with a comprehensive review of your goals, your child's sleep challenges, and their overall health and well-being. If needed, we'll do some detective work to identify the issues that might be affecting sleep.

With this understanding in place, I can talk you through the most appropriate and effective strategies and routines that will help you achieve your sleep goals.

Following our consultation, I'll write a bespoke sleep plan for your child. This will include suggestions for daytime routines and activities (if appropriate), an optimal bedtime routine, as well as a summary of the techniques we have discussed for helping to settle your child to sleep at the start of the night as well as during the night.

Over the course of the month, I’ll be alongside you the whole way. You can call me or message me as much as you need. I’ll be on hand to answer questions, suggest tweaks to the plan, provide you with reassurance, celebrate sucesses, as well as keep you going through the tougher times. I know that it’s this support that parents really value, and this is why I don’t put a limit on how many support calls or emails I provide during this time.

If you’re going through a sleep ‘blip’, and want some advice to get sleep back on track, then this is for you. This package is perfect for issues such as:

    Regressions following travel

With evidenced based advice and the information you need, you’ll be able to pre-empt and confidently support your child through the sleep blips that can occur during this age.
