Louise-goncalves

Louise Goncalves, Founder of Sleep For All

We know that sleep deprivation can be a huge stressor for new parents returning from parental leave.

Some will be so sleep deprived, they fear they’ll be unable to perform as well as they used to. For others, it’s more extreme - they may need to delay their return to work, reduce their hours, or even give up the job they love because they just can’t deal with the demands of their role in a sleep deprived state.

The emotional and financial cost of parental sleep deprivation can be huge for both businesses and individuals.

Happily, there is an alternative! I’m here to help parents get the sleep they need. Either as part of a parental leave package, or for parents of toddlers and older children who work in your organisation, I’m here to provide the support they need.

Together, we can give your employees the gift of better sleep - for both them and their families. Book a call today and let’s talk!

If you’d like to provide sleep support to all parents in your organisation, you can do! With the ability to book a 1:1 sleep consultation whenever need, colleagues can feel confident in solving any sleep challenges that may come their way.

Common challenges I support parents of toddlers and children with include:

Group webinars - for all parents

“Banish bedtime battles and help your child LOVE their evenings!”

Online webinar, available for groups of up to 8 per session

Rushed evenings and bedtime battles are common place in families up and down the country. What should be a relaxing and enjoyable part of the day can feel like the hardest, especially after a busy working day.

Over the years, I’ve developed a framework called The Connection Calmer™️ to help parents with exactly this. The Connection Calmer™️ is a stress free 6-step framework designed specifically to help busy parents swap fraught bedtimes for evenings that both they and their children look forward to.

During this webinar, I’ll explain each step of the Connection Calmer™️ so that attendees can put it into practice that very night. Ideal as a “Lunch & Learn” activity, this online webinar is suitable for all parents of children aged from 8 months to 8 years. It consists of a 40 minute presentation followed by a 20 minute Q&A.

A host of other webinar topics can be provided, bespoke to the needs and demographic of colleagues.

Testimonials

“Louise is amazing! She’s helped us get our 9 month old daughter from bed sharing and still waking every hour through the night, to sleeping 10 hours straight in less than a week.

Her methods are gentle, something that really mattered to us. Louise herself is lovely to work with and we didn’t feel judged in any way. I feel like we finally found the sensible middle way between harsh sleep training and resigning ourselves to not sleeping for a long time to come.

I’m returning to work in a week and Louise’s help has lifted a weight from my mind. I only wish we had contacted Louise a couple of months sooner so I’d been less tired for the last couple of months of my mat leave!”
— Liz, mum to 9 month old Emmeline
My son was 13 months. He had been a bad sleeper since birth waking every 1 - 2 hours screaming and inconsolable. Out of desperation, I would bring him into our bed most nights so I could get a little more sleep, but even then he would still wake up just as often.

I liked Louise instantly as she has a wonderful caring manner and made me feel comfortable and reassured. She helped get to the root cause of my son’s poor sleeping habits and put in place a plan to help fix it....

Our lives have completely changed, we have our evenings back and the whole family gets a full nights peaceful sleep and it’s all thanks to Louise. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is a miracle worker!”
— Candice, mum to 13 month old Benjamin
